A stunning stone staircase leads us to the first floor, the main one, with a very large distributor with chestnut floors. The second living room is magic, high ceilings, large windows facing west, with access to the three balconies with wrought iron balustrades on its main façade. We can enjoy views of the wonderful estate and the beauty of the mountains surrounding the Valles Pasiegos. On this same floor the property has four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The attic floor also has a large hall, an area originally set up for the kitchen, three more bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This property is located in Corvera de Toranzo, a municipality of Cantabria in the Pas-Miera region (also called Valles Pasiegos) in the part of the Pas basin known as Valle de Toranzo. In Alceda, a town declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, in the category of Historic-Artistic Site in 1985. This is due to the fact that it has a whole series of mansions with coats of arms dating from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries located next to the Camino Real which, Through the port of Escudo, it linked the Cantabrian coast with the Castilian plateau.
